Refund Policy

1. There is no refund or exchange on tickets once booked

2. Incase the payment is received by Alchemy Arts & Educayion Foundation but the booking confirmation is not received due to technical / internet network issues then the full payment will be refunded in 7 working days

3. Incase the show is cancelled by the organizer then 100% refund on value of tickets booked will be tranaferred to the same bank account that was used for booking in 7 working days
